About us

  1. Welcome to Blue Fleet Network d.o.o., Drvenicka 25, 21000 Split, Croatia ("we", "our", or "the Company").
  2. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and website and apply to all bookings made directly with us or through our partners.

Booking and payment

  1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  2. Full payment is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise specified.
  3. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details.

Prices

  1. All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  2. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time before confirmation due to changes in supplier pricing, exchange rates, or other factors beyond our control.

Client responsibility

  1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking (names, contact details, dates, etc.).
  2. Clients are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.

Changes and cancellations

  1. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the tour.
  2. Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
  3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
  4. If the tour is cancelled by the organizer due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling.

Service providers

  1. Blue Fleet Network d.o.o. acts as a reseller and intermediary between clients and service providers (tour operators, guides, transportation providers, etc.).
  2. The execution of the excursion is the responsibility of the service provider, and the client agrees to accept their terms and conditions.
  3. We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by third-party providers, weather, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Liablity

  1. Participation in excursions is at the client’s own risk.
  2. Blue Fleet Network d.o.o. is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft during any activity.
  3. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the selected excursion.

Insurance

  1. We strongly recommend that all participants obtain adequate travel insurance covering medical, personal accident, and cancellation situations.

Applicable law

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Split, Croatia.
